1. No Solicitation: Shield Pharmaceuticals prohibits any form of solicitation on company premises, whether for personal, commercial, or charitable purposes, without prior written approval from the management. This includes but is not limited to:
  - Fundraising activities
  - Promotion or advertisement of products or services
  - Recruitment for other companies or organizations
  - Distribution of non-company-related materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)
  2. No Distribution:
  Distribution of materials, including printed, electronic, or promotional items, within company premises is prohibited without prior authorization from the management. All materials distributed must align with company values, industry regulations, and policies, and they must be relevant to Shield Pharmaceuticals’ business.
  3. Exceptions:
  Exceptions to this policy may be made for authorized corporate events or promotions, charity drives, or other initiatives approved by senior management. Written requests for exceptions must be submitted in advance for review and approval.
  4. Enforcement:
  Employees who violate this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination, depending on the nature of the violation. External parties who violate this policy may be asked to leave the premises and could face permanent restrictions on access to company property.
2. Employee Responsibilities:

2. Labor and Human Rights
- Fair Treatment and Non-Discrimination: Vendors must treat all employees fairly and with respect, providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, or any form of abuse.
- Child and Forced Labor: Shield Pharmaceuticals prohibits the use of child labor or forced labor in any form. Vendors must comply with all laws relating to child labor and forced labor and ensure that all employees are working voluntarily and have the legal capacity to do so.
- Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Vendors are expected to provide a safe and healthy working environment that complies with applicable health and safety laws, regulations, and standards.
3. Environmental Responsibility
- Sustainability: Vendors should operate in an environmentally responsible manner, minimizing waste, reducing emissions, and promoting sustainable practices. Compliance with all relevant environmental laws and regulations is a requirement.
- Resource Conservation: Vendors should implement measures to conserve resources, reduce energy consumption, and minimize the environmental impact of their operations.
4. Quality and Compliance
- Product Quality and Safety: Vendors must ensure that the products and services provided to Shield Pharmaceuticals meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy. Products must comply with all regulatory requirements and quality assurance protocols.

Shield Pharmaceuticals is committed to ensuring that no form of forced, bonded, or prison labor is used in our operations or supply chain. We require all employees, suppliers, and partners to comply with applicable labor laws and respect human rights, guided by the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
We prohibit human trafficking and exploitation and ensure that workers have the freedom to leave their employment.
